It is essential that you make time for yourself both during your pregnancy and after you have given birth. Having a baby is stressful and hard work, and carrying your baby is not an easy task either. You can call on friends and family for support so you can take some time out to do something that you enjoy, even if it is as simple as catching up on some much needed sleep or reading a book.
